While prior trading expertise is beneficial for using the software, it is not necessary as we provide tutorial videos, instructions, and a support staff within the Discord channel.
Do you provide services for trading?
No. We don't provide account management, trading advise, trading services, or financial advice. We will never request your trading account details or login credentials. You are in complete charge of your finances. You are in charge of keeping your individual trading accounts up to date.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we have a very strict NO REFUND policy, as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. Customers should understand the risks involved in trading and be fully informed about the nature of our product. We strive to provide as much assistance and communication as possible to help our clients succeed with our software.
Do you have distributors?
NO, ALGO TRADINGS is not sold by resellers. It is a scam if someone says they are selling our program; they won't give you any updates, support, or access to Discord, among other things. Only payments made via our Instagram account, @ALGOTRADINGS, are accepted.
